SW Women’s Vs Portland
Lady Lakers played a great game as they defeated Portland 54-47 on January 22, 2010.
Kelly Millager #41 played an outstanding game scoring 17 points, and totaling 10 total rebounds. Lady Lakers were able to rebound the ball offensively and defensively and score points. They put Portland away and earned another win to make their record 2-1. Good Job Lakers!
SW Women’s Vs Mt. Hood
Mt. Hood came to Coos Bay and defeated Lady Lakers 73-44. Lady Lakers previously defeated Portland, but weren’t ready for Mt. Hood. Lady Lakers only shot a low 30.61% in the entire game, and were only successful with one 3-pt conversion. Leading scorer was Mattea Grant #3 with 10 pts, and Kelly Millager #41 led the team with 7 total rebounds.
Lady Lakers travel to Salem, OR to face off against Chemeketa on Friday. SW Oregon currently sits at 5th place in their division.
