The North Bend and Marshfield schools both have fundraising groups made of guys from both schools. In an attempt to raise more money towards both groups, the two groups play a game of volleyball where they get donations and give a good show for the crowd. The North Bend crew made up of Jeremy Dubisar, Tanner Leche, Hunter Hensler, Sam Lynass, Dylan Lesher, Craig Bannery, Dalton Ivans, Dion MacDonald, Talon Haga, and Nick Garcia, were all sporting different varieties of spandex in their attempts to get into the sport.
The two teams played many games where some played for wins and others were money raising games and in the end Marshfield had won the first four games, two of each kind, but North Bend came out strong in the end where at a close match of 23-23 North Bend's Jeremy Dubisar came out with a header and scored a point and off of a great scrambling hit came a near line shot that led North Bend to win the game. It was a great matchup and both teams played hard for good causes. North Bend's pagent will be held this Saturday April 03, where they put on their final skits and reveal the real MR. BULLDOG. Come and support their efforts to save the babies on saturday and help them reach the half million dollar goal that North Bend will have donated in all their years from doing the Mr. Bulldog pagent. It will be in the Gym at North Bend High School at 7:00 PM and is sure to be a great time.
