Marshfield High School and North Bend High School boys tennis players battled it our on the Southwestern Oregon Community College courts for a beautiful day of tennis. Marshfield, being the victor of their last encounter, was defeated by North Bend 5 matches to 3. It all came down to the number three and four doubles teams to win as they were left at a 3-3 tie without those matches. If both teams had won a match then it would be a tie but North Bend pulled out a victory in the end and now holds a victory over their 5A rivals.
